MS Investments is a holding company founded and primarily owned by Michał Szramowski. Since our establishment in 2000, we began our operations in the real estate sector. Today, special purpose vehicles affiliated with MS Investments undertake investment projects in both commercial and residential real estate, as well as ventures in new technologies. We execute projects in various Polish cities, predominantly in Warsaw, and have recently expanded our presence in the Lodz market. Since our inception, we have completed investments exceeding PLN 400 million. We continue to be involved with most of these projects, providing ongoing services and working to maintain and enhance the value of our assets.

Commercial Properties
The holdings of MS Investments’ affiliated companies include high-end office buildings, retail parks and commercial and retail premises. We co-founded Universal Properties and Real Properties capital groups, both of which develop and manage real estate assets. Our primary strategy focuses on constructing or acquiring appealing properties that we retain for the long term, generating stable cash flows through long-term rentals. MS Investments’ partners in real estate leasing and financing include public sector entities, financial institutions, major retail and service chains in the clothing and food industries, and SMEs.
We have the expertise to handle the entire development and construction process, including commercialization and making buildings operational. Our Asset Management services offer comprehensive management of buildings and structures from both technical and financial perspectives. We have significant experience in commercializing properties and working with our tenants.

Residential properties
MMS Investments undertakes a range of residential real estate projects. We possess all the necessary expertise to execute complex residential developments. Acting as both a developer and a sales and marketing operator, we manage our own investments and work on behalf of external investors. In the residential sector, MS Investments has completed projects in both single-family and multi-family areas. Currently, our company is engaged in constructing a large residential development in the center of Lodz, serving as a co-investor, developer, and sales and marketing operator.
