The holdings of MS Investments’ affiliated companies include high-end office buildings, retail parks and commercial and retail premises. We co-founded Universal Properties and Real Properties capital groups, both of which develop and manage real estate assets. Our primary strategy focuses on constructing or acquiring appealing properties that we retain for the long term, generating stable cash flows through long-term rentals. MS Investments’ partners in real estate leasing and financing include public sector entities, financial institutions, major retail and service chains in the clothing and food industries, and SMEs.
We have the expertise to handle the entire development and construction process, including commercialization and making buildings operational. Our Asset Management services offer comprehensive management of buildings and structures from both technical and financial perspectives. the heart of cities. With comprehensive development and operational
competencies, we deliver turnkey solutions: from concept and construction
through to sales and marketing. We operate both as a developer of our own
projects and as a trusted partner for external investors.
Our track
record covers both single-family and multi-family housing. Currently, we are
engaged in the development of a large residential estate in the center of Łódź,
where we act as co-investor, developer, and sales & marketing operator.
